A prominent educational institution in Dubai is seeking a Founding Leader to architect and manage the operational and governance engine for a brand-new business school. This high-impact role is designed for a visionary administrator ready to build an academic powerhouse from the ground up. You will be the primary architect of the institution’s functional framework, ensuring the school is positioned for a successful launch and sustainable global scaling.
Key Responsibilities

Operational Architecture: Design and implement the complete organizational structure and daily operational workflows.

Governance & Policy: Establish robust institutional policies and governance standards to ensure academic and administrative integrity.

Accreditation Leadership: Lead and coordinate critical workstreams to secure local and international academic accreditations.

Stakeholder Management: Manage relationships with key partners, regulatory bodies, and founding board members to align on strategic goals.
Requirements

Experience: 15+ years of senior leadership expertise specifically within Higher Education operations.

Expertise: Proven track record in institutional governance, accreditation processes, and large-scale project management.
