IT Support & Systems Officer
We are seeking a technically proficient and responsible IT Support Officer to oversee the integrity and performance of our daily technology operations. This role is designed for a proactive problem-solver capable of managing diverse infrastructure, from physical hardware to complex business software environments.
Key Responsibilities In this position, you will be the primary point of contact for technical stability. Your duties include installing and troubleshooting computer hardware, managing secure network systems, and administering user access protocols. Beyond hardware, you will maintain internal business applications, ensure basic cybersecurity standards are met, and provide essential technical training to staff. Keeping precise system documentation and records will be vital to your success in this role.
Qualifications & Skills
