As our Lead Outreach Associate, you will serve as the frontline catalyst for growth in a fast-evolving financial ecosystem. We need a persuasive strategist who can navigate the nuances of the fintech landscape to identify and engage high-value prospects. You won’t just be sending messages; you’ll be crafting the narrative that bridges complex financial solutions with real-world business needs.
In this role, you will:

Engineer and execute multi-channel outbound campaigns targeting key decision-makers in the financial sector.

Qualify enterprise-level leads through deep discovery calls and sophisticated needs-based analysis.

Collaborate with product and marketing teams to refine messaging based on real-time market feedback.

Manage a high-velocity pipeline using advanced CRM tools to ensure seamless lead transitions.

Mentor junior associates on cold-outreach psychology and effective objection-handling techniques.
