Lead Vascular Access Specialist Nurse

We are looking for a visionary Lead Vascular Access Specialist Nurse to pioneer excellence in infusion therapy and patient safety. In this pivotal leadership role, you will bridge the gap between advanced clinical practice and strategic department oversight. You will be the definitive authority on complex venous access, ensuring every patient receives the most appropriate, least-invasive intervention through a culture of clinical precision.

Your core responsibilities include:

Designing and implementing evidence-based protocols for PICC, Midline, and peripheral cannula insertion.
Providing expert clinical mentorship to nursing staff to elevate bedside vascular competency.
Overseeing departmental quality audits to minimize catheter-related bloodstream infections and complications.
Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to streamline vascular access consultation workflows.
Managing specialized equipment procurement and evaluating emerging infusion technologies.
Leading patient-centered advocacy initiatives to improve long-term outcomes and comfort during therapy.
