As a Picker Supervisor for Careem Grocery, you will join the “Everything App” mission to simplify lives across the Middle East. You will lead the frontline operations of our grocery delivery platform, ensuring that every order is fulfilled with the precision and speed our customers expect in an increasingly AI-driven landscape.
Your primary focus involves managing a dedicated team of pickers and support staff. You will oversee the entire store lifecycle—from meticulous inventory updates and supplier deliveries to ensuring the right riders receive the correct orders. By mastering our POS systems and maintaining stock accuracy, you keep our operations moving faster and smarter.
We are looking for hands-on leaders with 2–3 years of supermarket management experience and strong digital literacy. You must be a quick-thinking problem-solver who thrives in fast-paced environments. If you possess excellent communication skills and a “work-with-the-team” ethic, you are ready to build an awesome organization with us.
