We are seeking a proactive Administrator – Store Operations to join our fast-paced team. In this pivotal role, you will maintain operational excellence by managing essential documentation, including contracts, PRs, POs, and GRNs. You will be the central point for tracking compliance, managing fine records, and ensuring all store-related agreements remain current and valid.
As a key coordinator, you will bridge the gap between departments by scheduling meetings, preparing agendas, and facilitating internal correspondence. Your role extends to frontline support, where you will assist staff with NOCs, handle resident inquiries, and manage technical access arrangements, such as face recognition systems and entry cards.
The ideal candidate holds a degree in Business or Supply Chain with 1–3 years of administrative experience. You must possess sharp organizational skills and proficiency in MS Office to conduct site inspections and resolve operational bottlenecks.
