Management Accountant – Kurunegala (2004265)
We are seeking a precise and analytical Management Accountant to join our regional operations in Kurunegala. In this role, you will bridge the gap between financial data and operational strategy, providing the insights necessary to drive profitability and efficiency.
Responsibilities

Prepare monthly management accounts including variance analysis and performance reports.

Oversee budgeting processes and forecast future financial trends.

Evaluate capital expenditure proposals to ensure optimal resource allocation.

Monitor product costing and identify opportunities for waste reduction.

Collaborate with department heads to interpret financial results and implement improvements.

Ensure compliance with internal controls and statutory financial regulations.
Qualifications

Fully qualified in CIMA, ACCA, or CA Sri Lanka.

Minimum of three years’ experience in a manufacturing or commercial environment.

Advanced proficiency in ERP systems and Microsoft Excel.

Strong communication skills with the ability to simplify complex financial data.

Proximity to Kurunegala or willingness to relocate.
