Assistant Branch Manager (Education Management)
AIC Campus, a prominent member of the IMC – AIC Education Consortium, is seeking a dynamic Assistant Branch Manager to support our growing operations in Kandy and Kurunegala. This role is pivotal in driving transnational education excellence and expanding our footprint in Sri Lanka.
Primary Responsibilities You will collaborate closely with the Branch Manager to oversee daily operations and lead the student enrollment lifecycle. Key tasks include managing the admissions funnel, mentoring staff to meet strategic sales targets, and representing the campus at promotional events. You will be instrumental in building lasting relationships with prospective students and parents through exceptional communication.
Required Profile

Experience: At least 3 years in enrollment management, sales, or business operations.

Education: A Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or Business (Master’s preferred).

Skills: Proven leadership capabilities, organizational expertise, and the ability to handle high-pressure tasks proactively.
