We are looking for a meticulous and proactive Junior Distribution Logistics Coordinator to join our fast-paced operations team. In this pivotal entry-level role, you will be the engine behind our daily supply chain, ensuring that products move seamlessly from our warehouse to the customer’s door. You will balance administrative precision with real-time problem-solving to maintain our reputation for reliability.

Your core responsibilities include:

Monitoring daily shipment schedules to ensure 100% on-time delivery performance.
Coordinating with third-party carriers to optimize routing and reduce transit costs.
Maintaining real-time inventory accuracy within our digital tracking systems.
Resolving delivery discrepancies and logistical bottlenecks with speed and professional tact.
Assisting in the preparation of detailed shipping documentation and compliance reports.
Communicating cross-functionally with sales and warehouse teams to align on fulfillment priorities.
