Senior Compliance Lead – Crypto Assets
As our Senior Compliance Lead, you will serve as the strategic guardian of our digital asset ecosystem, navigating the intricate intersection of blockchain innovation and global financial regulation. This role requires a visionary approach to risk management, moving beyond traditional checklists to build a robust, tech-forward compliance framework that scales with the speed of decentralized finance.
Your core responsibilities include:

Designing and overseeing comprehensive AML/CTF programs specifically tailored for on-chain transactions and crypto-to-fiat gateways.
