The Head of Subscription supports the General Manager in overseeing daily operations for Hertz and MOOV. This pivotal leadership role focuses on maximizing business profitability and operational efficiency while ensuring strict compliance with safety standards and industry regulations. Key performance indicators include fleet utilization, turnaround times, and the implementation of strategic process improvements to optimize revenue.

The core responsibilities involve managing the entire subscription lifecycle, from financial budgeting and pricing strategies to staff development and mentorship. The lead must maintain high service standards by monitoring NPS and resolving customer disputes to boost retention. Additionally, they drive growth by executing marketing campaigns, identifying new business opportunities, and managing risks like fraud prevention and vehicle maintenance.

To be successful, candidates must be university graduates with at least five years of experience in customer service and a solid understanding of the car rental industry. Fluency in both English and Arabic is required, alongside strong commercial acumen and excellent analytical skills to track performance metrics effectively.
