You are responsible for ensuring that our pricing structures remain competitive and profitable while leading a team dedicated to resolving complex account inquiries with absolute clarity.

  • Overseeing the end-to-end resolution of high-level customer escalations regarding billing and contract terms.

  • Analyzing customer feedback loops to identify and rectify systemic friction points in the purchasing journey.

  • Mentoring support staff on negotiation techniques and financial literacy to enhance service quality.

  • Collaborating with sales and product teams to streamline the quote-to-cash process for key accounts.

  • Generating comprehensive reports on pricing elasticity and support metrics for executive review.
