Dockyard Digital is seeking a highly organized and professional Personal Secretary to join our team in Colombo. This role is ideal for a proactive individual capable of managing administrative complexities while providing high-level support to our executive leadership.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage executive calendars, scheduling meetings, and coordinating travel arrangements.
Handle confidential correspondence and maintain an efficient filing system.
Act as the primary point of contact between executives and internal/external stakeholders.
Prepare reports, presentations, and minutes for high-level briefings.

Requirements:

Proven experience as a Personal Assistant or Secretary.
Exceptional proficiency in MS Office and digital productivity tools.
Outstanding verbal and written communication skills in English.
Strong multitasking abilities with strict attention to detail.
