LSEG is seeking a strategic leader to oversee our high-volume cash application environment. In this role, you will bridge the gap between complex financial data and operational excellence, ensuring every payment is accurately reconciled to support our global liquidity. You will drive digital transformation by implementing automated workflows and mentoring a talented team to maintain our reputation for financial integrity.

Responsibilities

  • Orchestrate daily global cash application activities ensuring precision and speed.

  • Identify and resolve complex payment discrepancies through cross-functional collaboration.

  • Lead the transition toward automated clearing house (ACH) and wire reconciliation tools.

  • Analyze unapplied cash trends to implement permanent corrective measures.

  • Maintain rigorous adherence to internal controls and SOX compliance standards.

  • Provide mentorship and performance coaching to the accounts receivable staff.

Qualifications

  • Extensive experience in high-volume accounts receivable or treasury operations.

  • Advanced proficiency in SAP, Oracle, or similar enterprise-level ERP systems.

  • Proven ability to lead diverse teams through process transitions.

  • Deep understanding of international banking protocols and multi-currency settlement.

  • Excellent analytical skills with a focus on data-driven decision-making.

  • Strong communication abilities for managing stakeholder relationships across time zones.
