We are seeking a sharp Legal Advisor to provide authoritative counsel and mitigate risk for a prominent regional enterprise. This role demands a strategist capable of navigating the complexities of UAE commercial law while ensuring all corporate activities remain beyond reproach.

You will act as the primary guardian of institutional integrity, reviewing high-value contracts and representing the organization’s interests in diverse legal proceedings.

Principal Duties

Draft and scrutinize robust commercial agreements to safeguard company assets and intellectual property.
Advise executive leadership on the legal implications of new business ventures and regional expansions.
Monitor changes in UAE federal legislation to ensure continuous corporate compliance.
Manage external litigation partners and coordinate internal responses to dispute resolutions.
Formulate internal policies that minimize operational liability and enhance workplace governance.

Requirements: LL.B or equivalent degree with 5+ years of corporate legal experience in the UAE.
