Responsibilities

Oversee daily banking operations to ensure seamless service delivery and compliance with internal protocols.
Manage a diverse portfolio of corporate and retail accounts to foster long-term growth.
Lead and mentor junior staff, promoting a culture of high performance and professional development.
Analyze local market trends to identify new business opportunities and mitigate credit risks.
Coordinate with regional heads to implement innovative financial products and services.

Qualifications

Proven experience in a supervisory role within the banking or financial services sector.
