DFCC Bank is looking for driven individuals to join our team in Colombo for 2026. This role focuses on expanding our credit card portfolio by identifying potential clients and delivering exceptional financial solutions.
Responsibilities

Identify and engage prospective customers to promote a diverse range of credit card products.

Achieve monthly sales targets through proactive field visits and networking within the Colombo region.

Ensure all applications are accurate, complete, and meet the bank’s stringent compliance standards.

Deliver high-quality service by explaining product features, interest rates, and benefit packages clearly.

Build sustainable relationships with clients to foster long-term loyalty and cross-selling opportunities.
Qualifications

Successful completion of G.C.E. A/L examinations; a degree or professional marketing qualification is a plus.

Prior experience in sales or banking, specifically within the credit cards sector, is highly regarded.

Strong communication and negotiation skills in English and Sinhala (Tamil is an advantage).
