Head of Rider Experience | Middle East
We are searching for a visionary leader to redefine the journey for our delivery partners across the Middle East. As the Head of Rider Experience, you will bridge the gap between operational efficiency and human-centric design. This executive role demands a balance of data-driven decision-making and genuine empathy to ensure our fleet remains the most satisfied and loyal in the region. You will champion the rider voice at the highest levels of the organization.
Responsibilities

Design and implement comprehensive lifecycle strategies for delivery partners.

Spearhead safety initiatives and welfare programs tailored to regional needs.

Qualifications

Senior leadership experience in logistics, gig-economy, or last-mile delivery.

Profound understanding of the regulatory and cultural landscape in the GCC.
