HR & Admin Assistant

We are looking for a proactive HR & Admin Assistant to support the operational backbone of a growing enterprise in Ajman. This dual-purpose role requires a versatile professional who can balance employee relations with efficient office management to maintain a seamless workplace environment.
You will act as a central point of contact for staff inquiries while ensuring all regional labor law requirements and administrative workflows are handled with absolute precision.
Key Responsibilities

Facilitate the end-to-end recruitment process by screening resumes and scheduling interviews for hiring managers.

Update and organize digital employee files to ensure total compliance with UAE labor regulations.

Process visa applications, work permits, and health insurance renewals through relevant government portals.

Oversee general office procurement, including stationery supplies and maintenance services.

Coordinate internal communications and staff welfare initiatives to foster a positive corporate culture.
Requirements: Proficiency in MS Office, strong bilingual communication skills, and 2+ years of UAE-based experience.
