We are looking for a detail-oriented Logistics Assistant to support our supply chain operations in Dubai. This role is essential for maintaining the smooth flow of goods and ensuring that our documentation remains accurate and compliant. You will work closely with warehouse teams and external carriers to coordinate timely deliveries and resolve any transit issues. This position is ideal for an organized individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment and possesses strong administrative capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily shipments and track inventory levels within the warehouse.

• Prepare shipping documents including invoices, packing lists, and bills of lading.

• Communicate with freight forwarders and local couriers to schedule pickups.

• Monitor delivery schedules to ensure all timelines are met consistently.

• Update internal databases with real-time tracking information and stock counts.

• Assist in resolving discrepancies between physical stock and digital records.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in logistics, shipping, or warehouse administration.

• Familiarity with Dubai’s geography and major commercial free zones.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and inventory management software.

• Ability to multitask under pressure while maintaining high accuracy.

• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.

• Practical understanding of local customs procedures and import/export basics.
