We are headhunting a visionary Production Lead & Operational Excellence Architect to revolutionize manufacturing workflows for a major industrial player in Ajman. This is not a traditional supervisory role; it is a mandate for a strategic engineer who can harmonize high-volume output with Lean methodologies and Six Sigma precision.
You will be the primary designer of shop-floor efficiency, responsible for dismantling operational silos and rebuilding processes that maximize throughput while eliminating waste.
Strategic Priorities

Engineer and implement lean manufacturing frameworks to optimize end-to-end production cycles.

Map value streams to identify hidden bottlenecks and deploy sustainable corrective actions.
