We are seeking a commercially astute Purchaser to manage the procurement lifecycle for a leading operation in Ajman. This role demands a sharp negotiator who can balance cost-efficiency with uncompromising quality, ensuring the supply chain remains resilient and responsive to project demands.

You will be responsible for sourcing high-caliber vendors and managing the end-to-end acquisition of materials, equipment, and services while maintaining lean inventory levels.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and vet reliable suppliers to build a diversified and competitive vendor base.

  • Negotiate pricing, credit terms, and delivery schedules to maximize institutional savings.

  • Process purchase requisitions and issue formal orders with absolute technical accuracy.

  • Evaluate supplier performance metrics to ensure adherence to contractual quality standards.

  • Coordinate with the warehouse and finance departments to reconcile deliveries and streamline payment workflows.

Requirements: Minimum 3–5 years of procurement experience within the UAE market and strong proficiency in ERP software.
