We are seeking a commercially astute Purchaser to manage the procurement lifecycle for a leading operation in Ajman. This role demands a sharp negotiator who can balance cost-efficiency with uncompromising quality, ensuring the supply chain remains resilient and responsive to project demands.
You will be responsible for sourcing high-caliber vendors and managing the end-to-end acquisition of materials, equipment, and services while maintaining lean inventory levels.
Key Responsibilities

Identify and vet reliable suppliers to build a diversified and competitive vendor base.

Negotiate pricing, credit terms, and delivery schedules to maximize institutional savings.

Process purchase requisitions and issue formal orders with absolute technical accuracy.

Evaluate supplier performance metrics to ensure adherence to contractual quality standards.

Coordinate with the warehouse and finance departments to reconcile deliveries and streamline payment workflows.
Requirements: Minimum 3–5 years of procurement experience within the UAE market and strong proficiency in ERP software.
