We are expanding our logistics and leadership teams in Dubai to support rapid growth. We require diligent Packing Helpers for our fulfillment centers and strategic Operations Managers to oversee warehouse efficiency, ensuring accurate order processing and timely delivery across the region.

Responsibilities

• Organize incoming inventory and ensure products are stored in designated zones.

• Scan, sort, and pack items securely according to quality control standards.

• Monitor warehouse workflows to identify and resolve operational bottlenecks.

• Manage staff schedules and performance metrics to meet daily shipping targets.

• Maintain a safe and clean working environment following strict safety protocols.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in logistics, e-commerce, or warehouse management.

• Physical stamina for active warehouse roles or strong leadership skills for management.

• Proficiency in using handheld scanners or warehouse management software.

• Ability to work effectively within a multicultural team environment.

• High school diploma for helper roles; relevant degree for managerial positions.
