We are looking for a patient-focused communicator to manage the front-end patient journey for our premium aesthetics clinic. You will serve as the first point of contact, ensuring every inquiry receives expert guidance while maximizing clinic bookings through efficient lead management.

Responsibilities

• Manage incoming calls and digital inquiries regarding cosmetic treatments and skin procedures.

• Schedule consultations and follow-up appointments using the clinic management system.

• Provide detailed information on treatment protocols, pricing, and pre-care requirements.

• Coordinate with clinical staff to ensure seamless patient transitions and room availability.

• Maintain accurate electronic patient records and manage the clinic waiting list.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a medical spa, aesthetics clinic, or high-end hospitality environment.

• Outstanding verbal communication skills with a polished, professional telephone manner.

• Ability to handle sensitive patient information with total confidentiality and empathy.

• Proficiency in CRM software and basic office productivity tools.

• Strong multitasking capabilities to thrive in a fast-paced clinical setting.
