Hardware Sales Executive

Alif Tools & Hardware Trading LLC is seeking a dynamic and target-driven Hardware Sales Executive to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for expanding our market presence by identifying new business opportunities, managing a diverse portfolio of hardware products, and fostering long-term relationships with both new and existing clients.

The ideal candidate will be a self-motivated professional with significant experience in the UAE hardware market and a proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Business Development: Proactively identify and develop new business opportunities to expand the company’s customer base.

  • Client Relationship Management: Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing customers to ensure repeat business and brand loyalty.

  • Sales Execution: Promote and sell the company’s range of hardware products through effective sales meetings and site visits.

  • Target Achievement: Consistently meet or exceed monthly and yearly sales targets through strategic planning and persistence.

  • Negotiation: Manage price negotiations and contract terms to ensure profitable and sustainable agreements.

  • Operational Coordination: Oversee the coordination of orders and deliveries to ensure customer satisfaction.

  • Customer Support: Handle all customer inquiries and provide comprehensive after-sales support.


Requirements

  • Experience: 2–3 years of hardware sales experience specifically within the UAE market.

  • Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Sales or Marketing.

  • Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and Hindi.

  • Licensing: A valid UAE driving license is mandatory for site visits and client meetings.

  • Core Competencies:

    • Target-driven mindset with a high level of self-motivation.

    • Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills.

    • Ability to handle technical inquiries related to hardware products.
