We are seeking a high-energy professional to oversee warehouse operations at our Karachi facility. You will ensure seamless inventory flow, maintain rigorous compliance standards, and lead a dedicated team to meet distribution targets within our fast-paced pharmaceutical environment.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily inbound and outbound logistics to ensure timely delivery schedules.

  • Maintain inventory accuracy through regular cycle counts and robust reconciliation processes.

  • Implement stringent WHO-Good Storage and Distribution Practices (GSDP) across all zones.

  • Optimize floor space and racking configurations to improve operational throughput.

  • Monitor cold chain integrity for temperature-sensitive pharmaceutical products.

  • Train staff on safety protocols and enterprise resource planning (ERP) software.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, or Business Administration.

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in large-scale warehouse management.

  • Proven expertise in SAP or similar advanced inventory management systems.

  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage diverse technical teams.

  • Deep understanding of pharmaceutical regulatory requirements and safety standards.

  • Analytical mindset focused on process improvement and cost reduction.
