Responsibilities

• Orchestrate daily repair schedules and preventative maintenance cycles across all sites.

• Supervise onsite technicians and external contractors to ensure work meets safety standards.

• Source high-quality spare parts and negotiate service contracts to optimize costs.

• Maintain digital logs of equipment history, warranties, and compliance certifications.

• Respond to emergency facility issues with immediate, effective solutions.

• Conduct regular inspections to identify potential structural or mechanical risks.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in facility management or technical coordination roles.

• Solid understanding of electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems.

• Strong communication skills in English and Sinhala to lead diverse teams.

• Proficiency in CMMS software or advanced organizational tools.

• Degree or vocational diploma in Engineering or a related technical field.
