Hardware Sales Executive
Alif Tools & Hardware Trading LLC is seeking a dynamic and target-driven Hardware Sales Executive to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for expanding our market presence by identifying new business opportunities, managing a diverse portfolio of hardware products, and fostering long-term relationships with both new and existing clients.
The ideal candidate will be a self-motivated professional with significant experience in the UAE hardware market and a proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

Business Development: Proactively identify and develop new business opportunities to expand the company’s customer base.

Client Relationship Management: Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing customers to ensure repeat business and brand loyalty.

Sales Execution: Promote and sell the company’s range of hardware products through effective sales meetings and site visits.

Target Achievement: Consistently meet or exceed monthly and yearly sales targets through strategic planning and persistence.

Negotiation: Manage price negotiations and contract terms to ensure profitable and sustainable agreements.

Operational Coordination: Oversee the coordination of orders and deliveries to ensure customer satisfaction.

Customer Support: Handle all customer inquiries and provide comprehensive after-sales support.
Requirements

Experience: 2–3 years of hardware sales experience specifically within the UAE market.

Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Sales or Marketing.

Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and Hindi.

Licensing: A valid UAE driving license is mandatory for site visits and client meetings.
