As a Content Traffic Specialist at IKEA, you will lead the creation of user-centric digital content across mobile, web, and app platforms. By collaborating with UX designers and product managers, you will develop clear UI text, editorial content, and personalized experiences. Your primary goal is to streamline the customer shopping journey, ensuring all communication aligns with brand standards while enhancing online engagement and driving conversions.
Your strategic responsibilities include analyzing consumer behavior, search trends, and campaign performance to refine content strategies. By utilizing tools like Google Analytics, you will generate actionable insights and manage content calendars to maintain cross-platform consistency. You are also expected to stay ahead of digital trends, solving operational problems and working closely with the Customer Experience team to foster long-term loyalty and optimize the digital interface.
Success in this role requires a bachelor’s degree in marketing or communications and over five years of experience in UX or technical writing. You must be proficient in English and Arabic, with technical skills in Adobe InCopy, InDesign, and content management systems. Strong analytical abilities and a proven track record of managing complex projects with multiple stakeholders are essential to translating commercial priorities into effective, high-quality digital communication.
