Lexus Al Badia in Dubai is seeking a proactive Cost Clerk to join their dynamic team. This essential role focuses on managing departmental job costs according to established retail and distributor standards. The successful candidate will ensure operational efficiency by maintaining precise administrative records and providing clear feedback on any unacceptable documentation within the workshop environment.
Core responsibilities include handling clerical functions, updating computer job cards, and ensuring accurate billing for labor, parts, and consumables. You will be tasked with preparing daily workshop performance reports and incentive computations based on timesheets. Collaboration is key, as you will work closely with Service Advisors, Foremen, and Technicians under the direct supervision of the Aftersales Manager.
Ideal candidates must possess a degree in Mechanical Engineering or an Automotive Diploma, alongside at least three years of experience in an automotive dealership. Proficiency in MS Office and strong communication skills are required, while experience with the SAP Dealer System is highly advantageous.
