We are seeking a high-caliber Sales Agent to drive market expansion for a leading industrial equipment provider across the UAE. This is a purely commission-based opportunity designed for an autonomous closer who possesses an established network within the construction, manufacturing, or logistics sectors and a drive for uncapped earnings.
The Role
- Identify and secure new business opportunities by targeting high-value industrial projects and facilities.
- Showcase a technical understanding of heavy machinery and industrial solutions to diverse stakeholders.
- Manage the full sales cycle, from cold prospecting and site visits to closing complex high-ticket deals.
- Negotiate commercial terms effectively to ensure healthy margins while maintaining client satisfaction.
- Provide accurate sales forecasting and pipeline reports based on regional market activity.
Requirements
- Extensive experience selling industrial equipment or heavy machinery within the UAE market.
- Robust portfolio of existing contacts and localized industry knowledge.
- Self-motivated mindset with the ability to work independently under a commission-only structure.
- Fluency in English is essential; Arabic or additional regional languages are a distinct advantage.
- Valid UAE driving license and personal vehicle for client meetings.
