Events Associate

We are looking for a detail-oriented professional to support the planning and execution of high-impact corporate and social gatherings. You will coordinate logistical elements and vendor relations to ensure every event runs seamlessly from initial concept through to final breakdown.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate event logistics including venue selection, catering, and audio-visual requirements.

• Assist in managing guest lists, invitations, and attendee registration processes.

• Liaise with external vendors and contractors to ensure timely delivery of services.

• Provide on-site support during events to manage schedules and resolve immediate issues.

• Monitor event budgets and track expenses to ensure financial alignment.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in event coordination, hospitality, or administrative support.

• Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

• Strong interpersonal communication for interacting with clients, guests, and suppliers.

• Proficiency in digital event management tools and basic office software.
