Junior Marketing Executive – Kurunegala (2004262)

We are seeking a driven, energetic professional to expand our market presence in the Kurunegala region. This role focuses on building authentic local connections and executing creative campaigns that resonate with our community.

Responsibilities

  • Identify and engage potential clients within the regional territory to grow the active customer base.

  • Execute localized promotional activities and product launches to enhance brand visibility.

  • Conduct frequent field visits to gather real-time market insights and competitor data.

  • Collaborate with the central design team to ensure all collateral meets brand standards.

  • Prepare detailed weekly progress reports highlighting conversion rates and feedback.

Qualifications

  • Professional certification or degree in Marketing, Business, or a related discipline.

  • Residency in or deep familiarity with the Kurunegala district.

  • Excellent communication skills in Sinhala and English.

  • Valid riding/driving license for daily field operations.

  • Proactive mindset with a strong desire to meet monthly outreach targets.
