Merchandiser (Full Time)

PVH is seeking a detail-oriented Merchandiser to join our Colombo operations for 2026. This role is pivotal in bridging the gap between design concepts and retail delivery, ensuring our global brands maintain their market-leading positions through strategic execution.

Responsibilities

coordinate with production units to ensure timely delivery of apparel orders
manage critical paths and production timelines for multiple product categories
negotiate pricing and lead times with vendors to meet margin targets
monitor raw material bookings and factory capacity planning
collaborate with quality assurance teams to maintain brand standards

Qualifications

degree or professional diploma in Fashion Merchandising or Clothing Technology
prior experience in apparel manufacturing or global sourcing environments
advanced numerical and analytical skills for cost sheet management
fluency in written and spoken English for global stakeholder communication
proficiency in ERP systems and advanced Excel functions
