We are seeking a visionary leader to drive regional growth and oversee operations across the Middle East and North Africa. You will be responsible for developing high-level business strategies, fostering key government and corporate partnerships, and ensuring the commercial success of the brand within this diverse market.

Responsibilities

• Formulate and execute comprehensive market entry and expansion strategies for the MENA region.

• Lead and mentor country managers to ensure operational excellence and cultural alignment.

• Manage regional profit and loss statements while optimizing resource allocation and budgets.

• Cultivate high-value relationships with regional stakeholders, investors, and regulatory bodies.

• Identify emerging market trends to maintain a competitive advantage in local territories.

Qualifications

• Extensive executive leadership experience specifically within the MENA business landscape.

• Proven track record of scaling multinational operations and delivering consistent revenue growth.

• Deep understanding of regional regulatory frameworks, business etiquette, and economic drivers.

• Exceptional negotiation and interpersonal skills with fluency in English (Arabic is highly advantageous).

• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to navigate complex, multi-territory challenges.
