Wealth Management – Relationship Manager

Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Relationship Manager to join our professional team in Dubai. This is a pure sales role primarily focused on the acquisition and management of high-net-worth individuals (HNWI), institutional, and corporate clients across Dubai, the GCC, and the Africa region. You will be responsible for driving significant revenue growth by leveraging extensive market knowledge and a strong professional network to offer a diverse range of financial products. The ideal candidate will possess a proven track record in financial sales and the ability to formulate strategic sales plans. This position requires a high level of financial acumen to conduct risk profiling and provide superior investment advisory, ensuring clients reach both their short-term and long-term financial goals.


Key Responsibilities

  • Acquire new HNI and Ultra HNI clients within the UAE, GCC, and Africa regions.

  • Leverage existing networks and industry connections to generate business leads.

  • Manage and deepen financial portfolios for a dedicated client base to increase AUM.

  • Formulate and execute outbound and inbound sales plans to expand the customer base.

  • Conduct comprehensive risk profiling for clients to provide accurate investment advisory.

  • Research and monitor global financial market trends and investment opportunities.

  • Structure investment portfolios for HNI clients across multi-asset products.

  • Achieve specific monthly revenue and product-wise sales targets.

  • Manage the full client onboarding process in compliance with regulatory requirements.

  • Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling financial services and products.

Candidate Requirements

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or a related field.

  • 2-3 years of demonstrable pure sales experience in Banking or Wealth Management.

  • Proven track record of exceeding sales targets in a competitive financial market.

  • Deep understanding of GCC/US Equities, Structured Notes, Insurance SIP, and Fixed Income.

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

  • Fluency in English (essential).

  • Ability to work independently within a high-pressure sales environment.

Preferred Qualifications

  • MBA degree from a recognized institution.

  • Strong existing and transferable client base in the GCC region.

  • Proficiency in Arabic.

  • Relevant financial licenses or certifications (e.g., UAE Financial Regulations, CFA).
