As a Front Office Cashier or Crew Member, you will be the face of the outlet, ensuring that every guest receives friendly and professional service in a fast-paced environment. The position offers a structured pathway for both experienced professionals and newcomers, including students and school leavers, to build a career in the hospitality industry. You will work alongside a dynamic team to maintain company standards, manage point-of-sale systems, and contribute to the overall smooth operation of the dining experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle cashiering duties including accurate billing and payment processing.

• Provide friendly and efficient customer service to all guests.

• Maintain high levels of accuracy in cash handling and daily transactions.

• Coordinate with kitchen and service staff to ensure seamless operations.

• Maintain the cleanliness, hygiene, and organization of the front counter.

• Adhere strictly to company operational standards and safety practices.

Candidate Requirements

• Completion of G.C.E. (O/L) or (A/L) examinations.

• Basic knowledge of cashiering or professional customer service.

• Functional computer literacy, with a preference for POS system familiarity.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to perform effectively in a high-volume, fast-paced environment.

• Energetic, trustworthy, and a strong willingness to learn.
