Assistant Manager / Executive (IT) – Application Developments

Key Responsibilities :

• Engage with business leaders and product owners to gather and clarify requirements

• Develop and optimize SQL queries for maximum performance and efficiency

• Create detailed technical diagrams for system architecture and data flows

• Actively participate in sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives

• Incorporate security best practices and conduct regular code reviews to ensure adherence to standards

• Provide prompt and effective support to users experiencing technical issues

Experience & Qualifications :

• A degree or equivalent professional qualification in IT, Software Engineering, or a related discipline

• 2 to 4 years of experience in a similar capacity, preferably within the Banking or Financial sector

• Technical expertise in one of the following languages:

  • Expert-level proficiency in .NET, and WSO2 Enterprise Integrator, with strong hands-on experience in .NET Framework, C#, ASP.NET Core enterprise applications

  • OR Expert-level proficiency in Java, Spring Boot, and Hibernate/JPA for developing scalable enterprise applications

• Proven expertise in system architecture and Web API development (REST & SOAP), supported by strong knowledge of RDBMS platforms including Oracle, SQL Server, and MySQL

• Technically proficient, governance-oriented, and familiar with Risk, Audit, and Compliance functions

• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and interpersonal communication skills
