INSTITUTIONAL SALES MANAGER
Nations Trust Bank is seeking a target-driven professional for the Assistant Manager Grade within the Deposit Mobilization Department. This role is focused on expanding the bankβs institutional deposit base by building high-level corporate and government relationships and implementing strategic sales initiatives.
Key Responsibilities

Strategy Development: Create and execute dynamic strategies to mobilize deposits from corporate, government, and large-scale institutional clients.

Relationship Management: Build and maintain long-term partnerships with key decision-makers in target organizations.

Business Growth: Identify and capture new business opportunities to expand the bankβs deposit portfolio.

Solution Design: Collaborate with internal teams to develop customized deposit products tailored to specific client needs.

Market Analysis: Monitor market trends and competitor activities to optimize sales strategies.

Performance: Consistently achieve and exceed monthly deposit mobilization targets.

Reporting: Prepare and present sales performance data and market feedback to senior management.
Entry Requirements

Experience: Minimum of 08 years in a bank or financial institution, including at least 05 years specifically in institutional or corporate sales.

Education: Full or part qualification in SLIM, CIM, or Banking.

Preferred Education: A Bachelorβs degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or a related field.

Technical Knowledge: Strong understanding of banking operations and deposit products.

Core Skills: Proven planning, negotiation, and sales skills.

Communication: Excellent interpersonal skills with a confident and outgoing personality.
