Role Overview

Adeeba E-Services, a captive BPO and IT firm, is seeking experienced professionals for their international support processes. The role involves managing inbound technical queries and web consultancy for global markets, specifically targeting the US and Australian regions.

Candidate Requirements

Category	Requirement
Education	Higher Secondary (HS) minimum
Experience	Minimum 6 months in International Outbound (Freshers not applicable)
Communication	Excellent English communication skills are mandatory
Technical Skills	Must be able to close calls and process payments via various gateways
Availability	Immediate joiners preferred

Compensation & Incentives

Fixed Salary: Disbursed on the 1st of every month.
Hike: 15% – 20% increase on your last drawn salary.
Performance Bonuses:
