Role Overview

This position manages the Service Operations for the National Account Services at the Kolkata Branch. The role is pivotal in maintaining service excellence through efficient call management, preventive maintenance oversight, and strengthening dealer/customer relationships.


Key Responsibilities

Category Primary Duties
Operations & Call Management

• Act as the primary contact for customers and dealers.


• Track service calls to ensure Turnaround Time (TAT) adherence.


• Manage Call Allocation and unidentified service activities.

Maintenance & Reporting

• Validate and submit PM (Preventive Maintenance) reports for Key Accounts.


• Oversee mobility tracking (100% technician activity, >95% closure).


• Manage Service MIS (JRA, Installation Audits, EH&S/Product Training).

Technical Support

• Assist dealers with CCN support (Booking, Allocation, Equipment Registration).


• Provide part code identification and selection support.


• Coordinate with the CCN team to resolve system errors.

Supply Chain & Finance

• Track spare part availability, claims, and delivery against Sales Orders (SO).


• Manage SR job quotations, billing, and payment tracking.


• Facilitate SA data uploads for portal billing and annexure finalization.

Business Development

• Generate SM job prospects and conduct site surveys.


• Prepare BOQ (Bill of Quantities) and coordinate orders with local and NA teams.
