Key Responsibilities

• Handle real-time customer chats for enquiries, feedback, and service requests. • Use pre-approved scripts and toolkits to probe for information. • Ensure adherence to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs). |
| Technical & CRM |
• Validate identity using contact history and order info within CRM systems. • Document and categorize every interaction accurately. • Raise tickets for complex issues to appropriate Resolver Groups. |
| Compliance |
• Follow data security controls to ensure customer privacy. • Maintain high levels of accuracy in documentation and follow-up actions. |
Candidate Requirements

Education: Minimum Higher Secondary (10+2).

Experience: Previous experience in a call center with an e-commerce background is required.

Language Skills: Ability to assist customers in Hindi and Basic English.
