Regional Leasing Officer – East Region position at Seylan Bank:

Job Responsibilities

• Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve regional targets.

• Identify new business opportunities and organize leasing campaigns within the designated region.

• Achieve individual set sales and profitability targets.

• Prepare lead generation proposals for line manager approvals.

• Maintain strong relationships with existing customers by addressing inquiries and concerns.

• Implement customer retention strategies to enhance long-term business relationships.

• Oversee the timely recovery of outstanding payments and debts.

• Implement effective debt recovery strategies and processes in adherence to bank guidelines.

• Conduct field visits to locate delinquent customers for recovery and investigation purposes.

• Coordinate with branches in the designated region to streamline and expedite the legal file transferring process.

The Person (Experience & Qualifications)

• Experience: A minimum of 5–6 years of experience in Banking with exposure to Leasing, Marketing, and Sales.

• Knowledge: Sound knowledge of leasing and lending products.

• Skills: Strong interpersonal skills with good communication abilities.

• Added Advantage: Full or part professional qualification in Marketing or Sales.
