Job Duties

• Answer incoming phone calls and respond to customer emails promptly.

• Solve client complaints and provide helpful solutions to their problems.

• Keep accurate records of all customer interactions and transactions.

• Update database information with new contact details and notes.

• Explain company services and products to potential new clients.

• Coordinate with other departments to ensure fast delivery of services.

Requirements

• Successful completion of secondary school or higher education.

• Previous experience working in a customer service or office role.

• Ability to speak and write clearly in English and Sinhala.

• Basic skills in using Microsoft Word, Excel, and email systems.

• Strong ability to listen carefully and stay calm under pressure.

• Flexibility to work full-time hours including some weekends.
