Executive (IT) – Payments & Cards Support

Key Responsibilities

• System Administration: Perform end-to-end AS400 administration to maintain a robust and scalable payment switch.

• Technical Support: Provide Level 2/3 support for daily system issues, including troubleshooting performance bottlenecks and complex transaction failures.

• Integration & Upgrades: Lead technical tracks for payment system upgrades and integrations while collaborating with external vendors and internal stakeholders.

• Security & Compliance: Maintain PCI DSS standards and manage the Hardware Security Module (HSM) and key management lifecycle (ZMK, ZPK, PVK).

• Vendor Liaison: Serve as the primary technical point of contact for Card Schemes (VISA/MasterCard) and software vendors.

Experience & Qualifications

• Education: A degree or equivalent professional qualification in Software Engineering, IT, or a related discipline.

• Payment Systems Experience: A minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience in IT payment systems.

• Technical Proficiency: At least 1 year of development experience in AS400 (RPG/RPGLE/SQLRPGLE).

• Specific Knowledge: High-level understanding of Card System architecture and transaction lifecycles, combined with hands-on AS400 development and administration experience.

• Compliance Expertise: Experience in Key Management and HSM, ensuring regulatory compliance in secure payment environments.

• Soft Skills: Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills; strong personal relationship-building skills are highly desirable.
