ASSISTANT MANAGER / EXECUTIVE (IT) – DELIVERY CHANNELS SPECIALIST

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES :

• Engage with business leaders and product owners to gather and clarify requirements

• Develop and optimize SQL queries for maximum performance and efficiency

• Create detailed technical diagrams for system architecture and data flows

• Actively participate in sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives

• Incorporate security best practices and conduct regular code reviews to ensure adherence to standards

• Provide prompt and effective support to users experiencing technical issues

EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS :

• A degree or equivalent professional qualification in IT, Software Engineering, or a related discipline

• 2 to 4 years of experience in a similar capacity, preferably within the Banking or Financial sector

• Extensive experience with Payment Switching Systems, Mobile and Internet Banking applications, ISO messaging standards, and management of ATMs, CRMs, and Kiosks

• Strong proficiency in SQL, monitoring tools, and comprehensive knowledge of Central Bank regulations related to digital payments and data privacy

• Technically proficient, governance-oriented, and familiar with Risk, Audit, and Compliance functions

• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and interpersonal communication skills. Good personal relationship building skills are highly desirable
