ASSISTANT MANAGER / EXECUTIVE (IT) – DELIVERY CHANNELS SPECIALIST

Engage with business leaders and product owners to gather and clarify requirements
Develop and optimize SQL queries for maximum performance and efficiency
Create detailed technical diagrams for system architecture and data flows
Actively participate in sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives
Incorporate security best practices and conduct regular code reviews to ensure adherence to standards
Provide prompt and effective support to users experiencing technical issues

A degree or equivalent professional qualification in IT, Software Engineering, or a related discipline
2 to 4 years of experience in a similar capacity, preferably within the Banking or Financial sector
Extensive experience with Payment Switching Systems, Mobile and Internet Banking applications, ISO messaging standards, and management of ATMs, CRMs, and Kiosks
Strong proficiency in SQL, monitoring tools, and comprehensive knowledge of Central Bank regulations related to digital payments and data privacy
Technically proficient, governance-oriented, and familiar with Risk, Audit, and Compliance functions
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and interpersonal communication skills. Good personal relationship building skills are highly desirable
