Your key responsibilities
- Origination, structuring, advisory and execution of primary market debt transactions
- Pitching ideas and solutions to large and complex clients
- Identifying new business opportunities across the region
- Preparing client materials and handling transaction documentation
- Supporting and developing key client relationships
- Ensuring compliance with legal, regulatory and internal policy requirements
- Working closely with Syndicate, Coverage, Legal teams
Your skills and experience
- Strong regulatory capital and debt capital markets expertise
- Strong understanding of macro-economic and regulatory drivers affecting capital markets
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to build and deepen client relationships
- Broad understanding of rating agency methodologies
- Strong quantitative skills and the ability to interpret business and economic data and assess the implications of both with regard to client requirements
- Fluency in another European language
