Job Responsibilities

Strategy Execution: Lead and execute financial strategies aligned with corporate objectives.

Planning & Analysis: Drive strategic planning, budgeting, forecasting, and scenario analysis to support decision-making.

Reporting: Oversee accurate and timely financial and regulatory reporting in compliance with CBSL requirements.

Governance: Strengthen governance frameworks, internal controls, and operational efficiency.

Collaboration: Work with Audit, Risk, and Compliance to uphold financial discipline.

Sustainability: Lead ESG initiatives, promoting responsible and impactful growth.
The Person (Requirements)

Experience: Minimum of 15 years of experience, with at least 5–6 years at a Senior Management Level in Banking and Financial Services.

Qualifications: Professional qualification in Finance (ACA/CIMA/ACCA etc.).

Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Finance/Accounting; an MBA is considered an added advantage.

Expertise: Strong knowledge of CBSL regulatory frameworks, IFRS, and corporate governance standards.

Age: Preferably between 40 – 55 years.
