Location & Overview

  • Location: Conveniently located in Colombo – 03.

  • Role Purpose: Connecting customers with solutions through empathy, efficiency, and expertise.

Responsibilities (What Youโ€™ll Do)

  • Handle inbound calls.

  • Identify client needs.

  • Research and resolve issues.

  • Upsell and cross-sell services.

Requirements & Qualifications

  • Ideal Candidate Traits: Flexible team players, trilingual communicators, customer-focused, multi-taskers, and tech-savvy individuals.

  • Educational Minimum: Must have passed G.C.E. Ordinary Level exams.

  • Preferred Background: Passion for pursuing higher education or professional qualifications.

  • Added Advantage: Part or full completion of any relevant certifications or diplomas.

Work Schedule & Incentives

  • Shift Details: 8-hour shifts, working any 5 days of the week.

  • Benefits: Additional allowances for weekend and holiday shifts.

  • Performance Incentives: Financial benefits based on the quality and quantity of calls handled.
